Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS)

NDIS participants
Ace Therapy Services reports serious incidents involving NDIS participants, such as serious injury, abuse, neglect or exploitation, to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as required. You can also raise concerns directly with the Commission on 1800 035 544.

Support at Home clients
For older people receiving Support at Home services, serious incidents are managed under the aged care Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS). We report incidents promptly to the person’s Support at Home provider, who reports them to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. You can contact the Commission directly on 1800 951 822.
