Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS)

Ace Therapy Services complies with the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS), which aims to improve the prevention, reporting and response to serious incidents involving people with disability.

Certain serious incidents must be reported to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, including serious injury, abuse, neglect, exploitation, and other reportable events as defined under the Scheme.

Participants, families and carers can raise serious incident concerns directly with us or with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission using the contact details above.
