Fraser is the Director of Ace Therapy Services and an Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for helping people achieve greater independence, participation, and quality of life. 

Fraser has experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older people across a wide range of environments, including the home, community, school, workplace, and clinic settings. His approach is practical, participant-centred, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes that make a real difference in everyday life.

As the founder of Ace Therapy Services, Fraser has built the organisation around a commitment to high-quality clinical care, strong governance, and personalised service. He believes therapy should be accessible, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual's goals, strengths, and circumstances.

Fraser has a particular interest in assistive technology, home modifications, complex disability. He is passionate about helping people maintain independence, build confidence, and achieve the goals that matter most to them and their families.

Outside of clinical practice, Fraser is actively involved in service development, clinical governance, quality improvement, and ensuring Ace Therapy Services continues to deliver safe, effective, and participant-focused supports across both the disability and aged care sectors.

 He has worked in administration at Ace Therapy North Team since 2021, supporting the team with day‑to‑day operations and helping maintain an organised, reliable workflow. Over this time, he has become a consistent and trusted part of the service, assisting communication, and general office coordination. His calm approach and steady presence contribute to a smooth experience for both clients and staff, and he is known for being dependable and easy to work with.

 Outside of work, he spends his spare time listening to music, caring for his cats, and catching up with friends. He regularly sets aside time at home to relax with his pets and enjoys keeping in touch with the people close to him!

 Marina is an Administrative Assistant for the South Team in the Rockingham region. With a background in both administration and disability support, she brings practical experience, strong organisational skills, and an understanding of the importance of creating a positive experience for clients and their families.

As one of the first points of contact for many clients and families, Marina works to ensure people feel welcomed and supported from the beginning of their journey with Ace Therapy Services. She assists with enquiries, onboarding, service coordination, invoicing, and a range of other administrative tasks, working closely with clients, families, therapists, and other professionals to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

With her experience in disability support, Marina understands the importance of person-centred care and the individual needs of each client. She supports clients and families with the practical side of accessing therapy services and aims to make the process as smooth as possible.

Marina values building positive relationships with clients and families and is always happy to assist wherever she can. She takes pride in being part of a team that works together to support clients and families and help them access the services they need.

Lorraine is an Australian trained Occupational Therapist who has practiced in Victoria and Western Australia for over 40 years. 

She has specialist clinical skills is seating and positioning and equipment (AT) prescription. She has held a variety of roles in disability services including as manager, clinical specialist, researcher and clinician.

 Lorraine currently holds a Team Leader/Senior Occupational Therapist position and supports the Southern services team of Ace. She has conducted training workshops for therapists and disability support staff across Western Australia over the past 30 years in the areas of postural assessment, seating design and pressure management and has been involved in research projects and developed training packages in these areas. 

With extensive experience specializing in the disability sector, Lorraine has expertise in supporting children and adults with complex physical and functional needs and is dedicated to delivering evidence-informed, high-quality supports that achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes. She has advanced capabilities in delivering Functional Capacity Assessments and Assistive Technology (AT) - prescribing a range of AT from general daily living equipment to specialised custom-made seating, custom manual or powered wheelchairs, and comprehensive pressure care management equipment. 

Lorraine operates from a practical framework in partnership with individuals and their support networks, to ensure the recommended AT aligns with the individual’s daily goals and lifestyle and ensuring the individual has the right equipment and environment to function at their optimal level.

Leesa is a Senior Occupational Therapist with multi decade experience predominantly in the disability sector. She is a highly respected Senior Occupational Therapist widely recognized for her expertise in supporting children and adolescents with complex needs, and their families. 

Having held numerous clinical leadership roles, she is dedicated to delivering evidence-informed, high-quality supports that achieve meaningful outcomes. Leesa also holds the Team Leader position and supports the North services team of Ace Therapy.

Caitlin is an Occupational Therapist with over eight years of clinical experience across vocational rehabilitation, workers' compensation, and now paediatrics. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) and a Master of Public Health, bringing a broad perspective to supporting individuals and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Since becoming a mum, Caitlin's passion has led to working in paediatrics, where she has spent over the past two years supporting children and their families. Caitlin has a particular interest in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive at home, school, and in the community. 

Caitlin's areas of experience and interest include emotional regulation, toileting, handwriting, school-based strategies to improve participation and engagement, and social skills development. She believes the best outcomes are achieved when children, families, educators, and therapists work together for consistency. Caitlin loves seeing children reach their goals, build confidence, and take pride in their achievements, while empowering the adults around them with practical strategies to support their ongoing development.

Outside of the clinic, Caitlin has coached teenage girls' football with the Peel Thunder Rogers Cup program for the past two seasons, supporting young women aged 14–19 to develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork both on and off the field. At home, life is busy and rewarding as a proud boy mum, with a baby girl soon to join the family!

Merryn is a Speech Pathologist at Ace Therapy Services' Rockingham clinic who loves helping children discover their confidence as communicators and creating therapy experiences that are engaging, meaningful and fun. 

She is a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner with training in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), Sounds-Write and Talk for Writing. Merryn supports children across a range of communication needs, including speech, language, literacy, voice and social communication development.

She has a particular interest in working alongside autistic children, including children who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). 

With training in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), Merryn enjoys the collaborative process of understanding each child's unique communication style and partnering with families and support teams to develop communication that is authentic, meaningful and functional in everyday life.

Drawing on her clinical expertise and experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator, she brings a holistic understanding of both therapeutic intervention and the broader support systems required to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Cecilia adopts a practical, person-centred approach, working collaboratively with individuals, families, support networks, educators, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based supports tailored to each person's goals. 

Her broad clinical experience spans paediatric and adult services, enabling her to support clients across all stages of life in building communication skills, independence, and participation within their everyday environments.

Working across homes, schools, community settings, and clinical environments, Cecilia has extensive experience providing multimodal communication assessments and intervention, social communication therapy, language and literacy support, Early Childhood Intervention, and adult dysphagia assessment and mealtime management. 

She is particularly passionate about helping individuals with complex communication needs access effective and meaningful ways to connect with the people and world around them. Cecilia's experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator provides her with a unique understanding of the disability sector and enables her to navigate complex support systems with confidence. 

She is highly skilled in collaborating with stakeholders, preparing reports, supporting plan reviews, and ensuring therapeutic recommendations align with individual goals and funding requirements. Her strong clinical reasoning, collaborative style, and commitment to capacity-building make her a valued partner for clients, families, referrers, and support teams.

A graduate of Curtin University with a Master of Speech Pathology, Cecilia is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and maintains ongoing professional development to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed care. She is committed to empowering individuals to communicate confidently, participate meaningfully, and achieve outcomes that enhance their quality of life.
