Our Philosophy
Ace Therapy Services provides occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech pathology for older people with a Support at Home plan. We visit you at home or see you at our Balcatta or Rockingham clinics.
Our team brings experience in complex physical and neurological conditions, acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury, along with structured clinical governance across all our services.
Across all disciplines, our therapy is guided by a reablement approach—focused on helping you regain, maintain, or adapt your abilities to stay as independent as possible.
We work with you to set meaningful goals and provide therapy that supports:

- Long-term independence at home
Allied health therapy is funded under the Clinical Supports category of your Support at Home plan.
Maintain Independence at Home
Practical support to keep doing the everyday tasks that matter to you, such as showering, dressing and cooking. We look at how you manage now and find safer, easier ways to do things, including equipment and changes to your home.
Improve Mobility, Strength and Communication
Therapy to help you move with confidence, build strength and balance, and communicate clearly. Programs are set around your goals and can be continued at home between sessions.
Reduce the Risk of Falls, Injury or Decline
Falls risk and home safety assessments, strength and balance programs, and recovery support after a fall, illness or hospital stay. Early support helps prevent small problems becoming bigger ones.
Stay Safe, Confident and Connected
Support with swallowing and mealtime safety, communication, and the confidence to stay involved with family, friends and your community. We also guide family and carers on how best to help.
