NDIS SELF MANAGEMENT
Self-management is when you manage your NDIS funding. It gives you the flexibility and choice to decide what supports you buy to pursue your plan goals.

NDIS PLAN MANAGEMENT
Plan management is when a provider supports you to manage funding in your NDIS plan. These providers are known as plan managers.
Plan management is different from having the NDIA manage funding in your NDIS plan, or you choosing to self-manage your plan. We will send invoices to your chosen plan manager who will be able to liaise with you to keep track of your plan.

NDIS AGENCY MANAGEMENT
When your plan is managed by the NDIA (sometimes referred to as Agency-managed). We will send invoices directly to the NDIS for payment.
PACE – THE NDIS COMPUTER SYSTEM
PACE is the computer system the NDIA has used since October 2023 to manage plans, budgets and payments. If your plan is on PACE, it may look a little different, but how you use your funding stays the same.
If your plan is NDIA-managed, PACE keeps a list of your “my NDIS providers”. Please let the NDIA know you’d like Ace Therapy listed as one of your providers, so we can claim for your therapy without delays. You can do this by calling the NDIA on 1800 800 110, or through your Local Area Coordinator or planner.
If you’re self-managed or plan-managed, you don’t need to do anything.

Quality and Safeguards Commission
NDIS participants have the right to receive quality and safe services and Ace Therapy strives to uphold this. Following the link below, you will be able to find all the information you need to know your rights as an NDIS participant.
Support at Home is the Australian Government’s program for older people who need help to keep living at home. Allied health therapy, including occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech pathology, can be funded through a Support at Home plan.
