NDIS Participant Rights

Ace Therapy Services supports and upholds the rights of NDIS participants in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards.

Participants have the right to:

Be treated with dignity and respect
Receive safe and competent supports
Make choices about their supports and services
Have their privacy respected
Raise concerns or complaints without fear of retribution

We work to ensure supports are provided ethically, transparently and in a way that respects each person’s individual needs, preferences and circumstances.

Worker Screening

Ace Therapy Services ensures that workers who are required to hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check have a valid clearance before providing supports to participants, in accordance with NDIS requirements.
